摘要
新媒体战略在中国共产党百年历史中占有特别重要的地位。中国共产党成立之初就高度重视运用媒体引导舆论、指导工作,形成了体现马克思主义中国化的新闻观。在百年历程各个阶段都积极有效地运用当时最新科技工具与传播方式。在瑞金时期利用缴获电台发电讯,建立通讯社发布新闻;在延安时期创办口语和英文广播,有效实施对外宣传;在互联网时代,全面进军新媒体。中国共产党面对历史性挑战所做出的正确回应和战略抉择之一,就体现在中国共产党的新媒体战略上。这包括使互联网这个最大变量变成事业发展的最大增量,推动主力军全面挺进主战场,占领新兴传播阵地,构建具有鲜明中国特色的战略传播体系,加强改进国际传播。
New media strategy plays a particularly important role in the century-old history of the Communist Party of China.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it has attached great importance to the use of media to guide public opinion and work,and formed a kind of news concept that reflects the sinicization of Marxism.At each stage of the 100-year history,we actively and effectively used the latest scientific and technological tools and communication methods at that time.During the period of Ruijin,the captured radio station was used to send messages and the news agency was established to release news.In Yan’an period,the oral and English broadcasting was established to conduct effective external publicity.In the Internet era,new media was fully used.One of the correct responses and strategic choices made by the Communist Party of China in the face of historic challenges is embodied in the new media strategy of the Communist Party of China.This includes turning the biggest variable,the Internet,into the biggest increase in our cause’s development,encouraging major forces to fully march into the main battlefields,occupying emerging communication fronts,building a strategic communication system with distinctive Chinese characteristics,and further improving international communication.
