摘要
疫情期间阅读变得尤其重要,为了能使图书馆在此期间继续发挥公共服务的能力,本文研究一个提供线上服务的方式为图书馆提供线上应急服务提供借鉴。利用微信社交特性和小程序的特殊能力展开线上朗读活动应用的研发,包括设计思路、关键方法和技术、建设中出现的主要问题及解决方法,完成了作品采集、作品展示、作品管理、读者互动等的功能。通过一段时期的运行表明该服务模式取得了显著的效果,为图书馆克服时空限制,开展高质量、泛在化的应急服务提供了良好的借鉴意义。
Reading has become particularly important during the epidemic period.In order to enable the library to continue to play its public service ability during this period,this paper studies a way to provide online service,which can provide reference for the library to provide online emergency service.Using the social characteristics of Wechat and the special ability of small programs to carry out the research and development of the application of online reading activities,including design ideas,key methods and technologies,main problems and solutions in the construction,and completed the functions of work collection,work display,work management,reader interaction,etc.Through a period of operation,it shows that the service mode has achieved remarkable results,which provides a good reference for the library to overcome the space-time constraints and carry out high-quality,ubiquitous emergency services.
