光纤通信技术在能源输送管道工程中的应用

摘要 通信系统作为能源输送管道工程的重要组成部分,承担着管道生产运行SCADA数据以及各类生产管理业务数据传输的重任,是保障管道安全运行的重要因素。以某成品油管道为例,对原有管道通信系统现状、使用情况及新增需求进行了调研总结,对通信业务需求进行了梳理分类与特点分析,结合需要优化解决的问题及智能化管道发展新增的需求,充分运用光纤通信技术优化了管道工程各业务数据通信方案,解决了沿线视频监控图像的实时远传通信以及管道安全监测预警问题。这可被推广应用至其他新建能源输送管道工程。 As an important part of energy transmission pipeline project,communication system undertakes the important transmission task of SCADA data in pipeline production and operation as well as various production management business data,which is an important factor to ensure the safe operation of pipeline.Taking a product oil pipeline as an example,this paper investigates and summarizes the current situation,usage and new requirements of the original pipeline communication system,sorts out and analyzes the communication business requirements,and combined with the problems to be optimized and solved and the new requirements of intelligent pipeline development,fully uses the optical fiber communication technology to optimize the data communication scheme of various business of pipeline engineering,It solves the problems of real-time remote communication of video monitoring image along the lineand pipeline safety monitoring’s early warning.The outcome canbe applied to other new energy transmission pipeline projects.
