摘要
通过对某天然气场站工艺改造后调压撬噪声增大的原因进行对比分析,深入研究了调压器、汇管等噪声源噪声产生的机理、影响因素以及实际状况,得出了调压撬噪声增大的主要原因。最终通过主动降噪和被动降噪方法,提出了降噪的方法和建议。这为同类天然气场站调压撬噪声控制提供了依据,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the comparative analysis of the reasons for the noise increase of a certain natural gas field station before and after technological transformation,this paper studies the mechanism,influencing factors and actual situation of noise generation in noise sources such as voltage regulator and manifold in depth,obtains the main reasons for the noise increase.Finally,the methods and suggestions for noise reduction are put forward through active noise reduction and passive noise reduction methods.The study results provide a basis for noise control of pressure regulating skid in similar natural gas stations and have certain reference significance.
