噪音:一种被忽视的影响学生学业成就的潜在因子

摘要 噪音在人们日常生活中普遍存在,影响人的身心健康。西欧国家有关教育情境中噪音的研究已有40余年,与之相比我国在此方面的研究存在明显不足。大量研究已证明,教育情境中的噪音对学生学业成就存在负面影响如:噪音会阻碍学生认知技能的提升、影响语言清晰度、遏制创新能力的发展。同时,噪音的干扰效果会因学生的性别、社会经济地位的不同导致学生的学业成就出现差异。本文通过分析噪音干扰学生的机制,从而提出参与式方法、优化校园环境、构建多元人文环境、增强学生对噪音的“免疫力”等降噪措施。 Noise is ubiquitous in People's Daily life,and affects people's physical and mental health.Western European countries have studied noise in educational context for more than 40 years,but the research in this area is obviously insufficient in China.A large number of studies have proved that noise in educational settings has negative effects on students'academic achievement.For example,it hinders the improvement of students'cognitive skills,affects language clarity,and inhibits the development of innovation ability.At the same time,the disturbing effect of noise will lead to the difference of students'academic achievement in view of their gender and socioeconomic status.By analyzing the mechanism of noise interference to students,this paper puts forward some measures to reduce noise,such as participatory method,optimizing campus environment,constructing multi-cultural environment and enhancing students'"immunity"to noise.
