水厂智慧化建设与发展研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网等技术的快速发展,水务行业迈入数据信息智能时代,但是水厂的智慧化建设仍存在自动化基础弱、新技术落地难等发展困境。本文通过收集智慧水厂研究进展及建设实践案例,综合分析智慧水厂的特性和要求,探索提出智慧化水厂的定义:在自动化水厂的基础上,综合运用现代科学技术,全方位、全过程实现信息数字化、控制自动化、决策智能化的一种理想化水厂运作模式。同时笔者认为智慧水厂的建设框架应综合考虑信息技术和应用能力,加强运行和决策管理,双管齐下,搭配多重支持保障系统,最终实现智能化、科学化、精细化、标准化的发展目标。 In recent years,with the rapid development of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,Internet of things and other technologies,the water industry has entered the era of data and information intelligence.However,the intelligent construction of water plants still has some development difficulties,such as weak automation foundation and difficult implementation of new technologies.Through collecting the research progress and construction practice cases of smart water plant,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and requirements of smart water,and explores and puts forward the definition of smart water plant:an ideal water plant operation mode,which is based on the automatic water plant,comprehensively uses modern science and technology,realizes information digitization,control automation and decision intelligence in all aspects and the whole process.At the same time,the author thinks that the construction framework of smart water plant should comprehensively consider the information technology and application ability,strengthen the operation and decision-making management,work together with multiple support systems,and finally achieve the development goal of intelligence,science,refinement and standardization.
