建构中国特色网络意识形态话语体系是牢牢把握新时代意识形态领导权的必然要求,是巩固政党执政合法性基础、维护社会主义意识形态安全的迫切需要,是应对国际文化软实力竞争、主动抵御西方价值观渗透和和平演变的现实需要。新时代建构中国特色网络意识形态话语体系需要建构起政治立场鲜明的政治话语体系、学理支撑严谨的学术话语体系、引领价值认同的大众话语体系和掌控舆情导向的网络话语体系,在“四位一体”有机统一的建构目标引领下推动话语体系建构实践。

The construction of network ideological discourse system with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable requirement of the new era of ideological leadership.It is the foundation of consolidating the party’s ruling legitimacy.It is the urgent need to maintain the socialist ideology security.It is the realistic need to cope with the international cultural soft power competition,to resist western values penetration and the peaceful evolution.To construct network ideological discourse system with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to build a systematic political discourse system,a theoretical academic discourse system,a public value leading discourse system and a public opinion guiding network discourse system.The“Four-in-One”construction goal promote the practice of the discourse system construction.
