The Conceptual Connotation of Social Prosperity and Social Confidence and Its Two-Wheel Structure Model

社会景气与社会信心作为社会发展的“体检表”和“晴雨表”,是从主客观角度多维度衡量当前社会发展状况并预测未来社会发展状况的一个综合性概念。在回顾国内外相关研究的基础上,系统分析和深入探讨了社会景气与社会信心的概念内涵,并构建了社会景气与社会信心测量结构和具体指标体系及其双轮结构模型。社会景气测量主要包含经济发展、基础设施、生态可持续性、社会包容、生活质量和政府治理质量六大方面,社会信心测量主要包含当前社会信任和未来社会信心两个层面四大维度。双轮结构综合了社会景气和社会信心所有维度,并体现了二者的内在关系,包含主客观指标、广义与狭义不同层面。

As the“physical examination form”and“barometer”of social development,social prosperity and social confidence is a comprehensive concept and evaluation index system to measure current social development and predict future social development from subjective and objective perspectives.On the basis of reviewing the relevant researches at home and abroad,the concepts and connotations of social prosperity and social confidence are systematically analyzed and thoroughly discussed,and the measurement structure and specific index system of social prosperity and social confidence as well as its two-wheel structure model are constructed.Social prosperity measurement mainly includes economic development,infrastructure,ecological sustainability,social inclusion,life quality and government governance quality.Social confidence measurement structure mainly includes current social trust and future social confidence.The two-wheeled structure of social prosperity and social confidence synthesizes all dimensions of social prosperity and social confidence,and reflects their internal relations,including subjective and objective indicators,broad and narrow sense.
