空间正义生产视域下的网络空间治理现代化研究

Research on the Modernization of Cyberspace Governance from the Perspective of Spatial Justice Production

网络空间已经成为网络政治参与的重要场域,由于网络本身的特性决定其在消解传统特权时生产了网络空间正义,同时又在超越权利边界时生产了网络空间的非正义。网络空间非正义呈现出的网络群体极化、网络暴力、网络谣言以及向非理性行为转化等诸多政治现象。这给网络空间治理提出了新的要求,一方面需要进一步探求网络空间非正义生产的物质利益和意识形态根源及主体性异化问题,逐渐消除网络空间非正义行为的存量;另一方面需要从源头治理、系统治理、依法治理等维度推动网络空间现代化治理,引导网络空间的正义行为,不断凝聚网络空间正义力量,构建网络空间命运共同体。

Cyberspace turns to be essential for online political participation.Due to the characteristics of the network itself,it brings forth justice when it dispels traditional privileges and injustice when it transcends the boundaries of rights.The injustice in cyberspace presents many political phenomena,such as network group polarization,online abuse,online rumors and its transformation to irrational behaviors.Thus,new requirements are put forward for cyberspace governance.On the one hand,it needs to further explore material interests,ideological roots,and the subjectivity alienation of the injustice production in cyberspace and eliminate the existing unjust acts;on the other hand,it needs to promote the modern governance of cyberspace,guide just behaviors in cyberspace,continuously condense the power of the cyberspace justice,hence achieving a jointly built community of destiny in cyberspace.
