高职教育融入工匠精神之探析

On the Integration of Craftsmanship Spirit into Higher Vocational Education

在高职教育中融入工匠精神是其适应时代发展和实现培养目标的需要。在党和政府的高度重视和大力宣传下,高职教育融入工匠精神取得了一定的成效,但总体效果仍旧不佳。高职院校要通过加强重视、做好配套措施、营造环境氛围、搭建网络平台、发挥课堂作用及组织各类实践活动等措施,采用环境熏陶、榜样示范、实践感悟等方法切实推进工匠精神融入高职教育中。

Integrating craftsman spirit into higher vocational education is the need of adapting to the development of the times and realizing the training objectives.Under the high attention and vigorous propaganda of the Party and the government,the integration of craftsmanship spirit into higher vocational education has achieved certain results,but the overall effect is still poor.Higher vocational colleges should take measures such as strengthening attention,doing a good job in supporting measures,creating an environmental atmosphere,building a network platform,giving full play to the role of the classroom and organizing various practical activities,so as to effectively promote the integration of craftsmanship spirit into higher vocational education by means of environmental edification,model demonstration and practical perception.
