产教融合校企“双元”育人合作模式的研究与实践

Practical Research on the"Dual"Educational Cooperation Mode between School and Enterprise in the Integration of Production and Education

立足我校实际,介绍了我校如何把新时代职业教育发展与需求及当前国家政策与我校特点相结合,利用开滦集团企业转型为契机,根据企业需求情况及我校实际状况,瞄准职业教育培养目标,研究构建适应我校实际的产教融合校企合作“双元”育人的研究方案及取得的成果。

Based on the characteristics of our school,this paper mainly introduces how our school combines the development and demand of vocational education in the new era and the current national policy with the characteristics of our school,takes advantage of the enterprise transformation of Kailuan Group as an opportunity,aims at the training goal of vocational education according to the enterprise demand and the actual situation of our school,and studies and constructs the research of"dual"education of production and education integration school-enterprise cooperation program and achievements.
