应用型本科院校大学生心理问题现状、成因及解决路径

摘要 近年来,应用型本科院校学生的实践技能水平虽然在一定程度上获得了提升,但其在心理上仍面临人际交往和沟通能力差、无法尽快融入大学生活、自我效能感偏低、心理倦怠问题普遍等境遇。究其原因,主要来自自身、家庭、学校和社会四个方面。对此,应用型本科院校亟需采取突出应用特色、磨练坚强意志、改革育心模式、创新心理健康教育等措施,从根本上提升心理健康教育水平,促进人才职业技能与心理素养的全面发展,进而为我国现代化建设源源不断地输送专业技能高超且心理素质过硬的复合型人才。 In recent years,application-oriented undergraduate college students still face psychological problems such as poor interpersonal communication and communication skills,unable to integrate into university life as soon as possible,low self-efficacy,and widespread psychological burnout,although the practical skill level of them has been improved to a certain extent.The reasons mainly come from four aspects:students,family,school and society.In this regard,application-oriented universities need to take measures such as highlighting application characteristics,tempering strong will,reforming mental health education mode,innovating mental health education and so on,to fundamentally improve the level of mental health education,promote the overall development of professional skills and psychological quality of talents,and then continuously deliver compound talents with excellent professional skills and excellent psychological quality for China's modernization construction.
