在事业单位中,人力资源管理在其中占据举足轻重的重要地位,同时也是一项基础性工作。在大数据时代,事业单位人力资源管理迎来了更多挑战和机遇。因此,基于大数据的人力资源管理需要不断创新。本文详细分析了大数据时代事业单位人力资源管理的改革与创新,希望能够不断提升人力资源管理质量,推动事业单位向着更好的方向发展。
In public institutions,human resource management plays an important role,and it is also a basic work.In the era of big data,human resource management of public institutions has met more challenges and opportunities.Therefore,human resource management based on big data needs continuous innovation.This article analyzes the reform and innovation of human resource management in public institutions in the era of big data,hopes to continuously improve the quality of human resource management and promotes the development of public institutions in a better direction.
