激光医学领域中跨学科研究生培养方法初探 被引量:1

Exploring the Training Methods of Interdisciplinary Postgraduates in Laser Medicine

摘要 目的针对激光医学领域中跨学科研究生培养中存在的问题,寻找解决对策,改进培养方式,探索创新方法。方法通过调研文献、梳理激光医学研究生培养中存在的问题与挑战,结合医学研究生跨学科培养中存在的共性问题,借鉴其他领域的经验,探索培养教育的新举措。结果通过成立涵盖多学科的导师组、重视多学科基础素质教育、加强多学科知识的更新、兼顾培养的规范化和个体化、侧重团队意识的培养等多方面举措,可以积极推动跨学科研究生的培养。结论激光医学领域中跨学科研究生培养是人才培养的重要途径,通过不断创新,改进方法,可使其更加适应时代需求,从而积极促进我国激光医学事业的健康发展。 Objective Aims at the problems in the training of interdisciplinary graduate students in the field of laser medicine,seeks solutions,improves training methods,and explores innovative methods.Methods Through literature research and experience learned from other fields,new training measures were explored by combining the problems and challenges in the education of laser medical postgraduates and the common problems in interdisciplinary training of medical postgraduates.Results Through the establishment of a multi-disciplinary tutor group,emphasis on basic multi-disciplinary education,strengthening of the update of multi-disciplinary knowledge,taking into account the standardization and individualization of training,and focusing on the cultivation of team awareness,it can actively promote the development of interdisciplinary graduate students.Conclusions The training of interdisciplinary postgraduates in the field of laser medicine is an important way to cultivate talents.Through continuous innovation and improvement of methods,it can be more adapted to the needs of the times,thereby actively promoting the healthy development of laser medicine in China.
