关于应急通信系统的思考

Thinking about Emergency Communication Syestem

应急通信是应急管理、抢险救灾最重要和最基本的信息传递手段。日益增多的大型集会类事件,地震、飓风、火灾、恐怖事件等一系列的突发事件给我国现有系统带来极大压力。根据美国在应急通信体系(FirstNet)的建设经验,为我国应急通信系统的建设提出一些建议。

Emergency communication is emergency management,rescue and relief is the most important and the most basic means of information transmission.In our country,The emergency communications system lack of effective integration,the means of communication is not perfect,a growing number of large gatherings class events,earthquakes,hurricanes,fi res,terrorism and so on a series of emergency brings great pressure to the existing system.Based on America's experience in FirstNet,This paper puts forward some Suggestions for China's emergency communication system construction.
