注射用奥拉西坦联合纳洛酮对老年脑出血患者GCS评分的影响

Effect of Oxiracetam for Injection and Naloxone on GCS Score of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨注射用奥拉西坦联合纳洛酮对老年脑出血患者格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2019年3月在该院接受治疗的60例老年脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用纳洛酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加注射用奥拉西坦治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、GCS评分、生活能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P=0.010);治疗后,两组患者GCS评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.383,P<0.001);观察组治疗后日常生活能力量表(ADL)分级高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.866,P=0.004)。结论老年脑出血患者采用注射用奥拉西坦与纳洛酮联合治疗疗效显著,可有效降低患者昏迷程度,提高患者的生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of oxiracetam for injection combined with naloxone on the Glasgow coma score(GCS)of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group using a random number table method.The control group was treated with naloxone,and the observation group was treated with oxiracetam for injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,GCS score,and life ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30)higher than 66.67%(20/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P=0.010);after treatment,the two groups had high GCS scores than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.383,P<0.001);the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.866,P=0.004).Conclusion The combined treatment of oxiracetam for injection and naloxone in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the patient's coma and improve the patient's living ability.
