老年急性肾衰竭危重症患者采用连续性血液净化的应用价值探讨

Discussion on the Application Value of Continuous Blood Purification in Critically Ill Elderly Patients with Acute Renal Failure

目的分析老年急性肾衰竭危重症患者采用连续性血液净化的应用价值。方法文章回顾了2018年1月—2020年1月100例老年急性肾衰竭危重症患者的治疗情况,对照组应用间歇性血液净化治疗,观察组应用连续性血液净化治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗后心率(HR)波动值为(14.6±4.3)次/min,平均动脉压(MAP)波动值为(12.5±4.2)mmHg,肌酐(Scr)为(263.7±42.7)μmol/L,尿素氮(BUN)为(20.3±3.7)mmol/L,数据优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.388、6.169、5.901、9.725,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率是4%,对照组是16%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率是92%,高于对照组的74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.741,P<0.05)。结论老年急性肾衰竭危重症患者采用连续性血液净化效果好,值得使用。

Objective To analyze the application value of continuous blood purification in critically ill elderly patients with acute renal failure.Methods The article reviewed the treatment of 100 critically ill elderly patients with acute renal failure from January 2018 to Januay 2020.The control group was treated with intermittent blood purification and the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment in the observation group,HR fluctuation value was(14.6±4.3)times/min,MAP fluctuation value was(12.5±4.2)mmHg,Scr was(263.7±42.7)μmol/L,and BUN was(20.3±3.7)mmol/L,the data was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.388,6.169,5.901,9.725,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4%,the control group was 16%,the difference was statistically significant between groups(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was,which was higher than 74%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.741,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification is effective in critically ill elderly patients with acute renal failure and is worth using.
