摘要
目的探讨高频经颅磁治疗难治性抑郁症的效果。方法实施随机信封方法设计,将2018年6月—2019年12月期间该院50例难治性抑郁症患者设为对照组,将同时间段50例难治性抑郁症患者设为研究组;对照组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗方法,研究组加用高频经颅磁治疗方法。比较两组的临床治疗效果、汉密顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NE)水平及不良反应。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05);研究组的治疗4周HAMD评分(10.05±2.10)分及治疗8周HAMD评分(5.30±0.85)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.708、19.239,P<0.05);两组治疗前后5-HT水平、NE水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对难治性抑郁症患者实施高频经颅磁+阿戈美拉汀治疗方法能够改善其抑郁程度,促进临床整体治疗效果提高,而且不会造成5-HT水平及NE水平的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of high-frequency transcranial magnetic therapy on refractory depression.Methods The random envelope design was implemented.From June 2018 to December 2019,50 patients with refractory depression in the hospital were set as the control group,and 50 patients with refractory depression at the same time period were set as the study group;the control group was treated with agomelatine,and the study group was treated with high-frequency transcranial magnetic therapy.Compared the clinical treatment effect,hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level,noradrenaline(NE)level and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05);the study group had a 4-week HAMD score(10.05±2.10)points and a 8-week HAMD score(5.30±0.85)points lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.708,19.239,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in 5-HT levels and NE levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-frequency transcranial magnetic therapy+agomelatine treatment for patients with refractory depression can improve their depression,promote the improvement of the overall clinical treatment effect,and will not cause the 5-HT level and NE level to be affected.
