摘要
目的为了进一步研究利奈唑胺与万古霉素在治疗神经外科术后颅内感染的临床疗效。方法研究择取2017年11月—2019年11月该院收治的80例神经外科术后颅内感染患者作为该次研究的研究对象,根据用药不同将其分为利奈唑胺组与万古霉素组,每组患者有40例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后脑脊液检测结果、不良反应发生率、治疗费用与治疗时间。结果两组患者经医院药物治疗后,均产生显著临床效果。其中万古霉素患者的疾病治疗总有效率为95.0%,利奈唑胺组为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023);万古霉素组患者的不良反应发生率为5.0%,利奈唑胺组为30.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.658,P=0.003);万古霉素组患者的治疗费用为(5 862.30±674.45)元明显低于利奈唑胺组的(9 238.25±384.28)元,差异有统计学意义(t=27.506,P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗神经外科术后颅内感染中采用万古霉素进行治疗具有显著疗效,能有效降低患者不良反应发生率,且治疗价格较低,对于疾病治疗有重要意义。
Objective To further study the clinical efficacy of linezolid and vancomycin in the treatment of intracranial infection after neurosurgery.Methods The study selected 80 patients with intracranial infection after neurosurgery in the hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 as the research subjects of this study.According to the different medications,they were divided into linezolid group and vancomycin group,40 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,cerebrospinal fluid test results before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment costs and treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups of patients had significant clinical effects after being treated with hospital drugs.Among them,the total effective rate of disease treatment in patients with vancomycin was 95.0%,and that in the linezolid group was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023);the incidence of adverse reactions in the vancomycin group was 5.0%,the linezolid group was 30.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.658,P=0.003);the treatment cost of patients in the vancomycin group was(5862.30±674.45)yuan was significantly lower than that of the linezolid group(9238.25±384.28)yuan,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.506,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of vancomycin in the clinical treatment of intracranial infections after neurosurgery has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and the treatment price is low,which is of great significance for the treatment of diseases.
