探究不同喂养方式对婴幼儿贫血的影响

摘要 目的分析研究不同喂养方式对婴幼儿贫血的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2019年12月该院接收的126名婴幼儿,利用随机数表法划分为纯母乳喂养组、混合喂养组及人工喂养组,各42名,对比各组的智能发育水平、贫血发生率以及免疫功能水平。结果纯母乳喂养组智能发育水平动作(98.03±1.52)分、语言(97.79±1.67)分、适应性(98.41±1.06)分、社交(97.25±1.35)分,明显优于人工喂养组和混合喂养组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);纯母乳喂养组贫血发生率为2.38%,明显较人工喂养组16.67%、混合喂养组4.76%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.610、4.240,P<0.05);纯母乳喂养组IDA指标Hb(120.63±8.54)g/L、MCHC(346.14±17.85)g/L、MCV(80.15±3.95)fl,明显高于人工喂养组和混合喂养组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施母乳喂养方案,对婴幼儿具有降低贫血发生率的效果,智力发育水平和免疫功能水平明显提高,在临床中值得应用和推广。 Objective To analyze and study the effects of different feeding methods on infantile anemia.Methods 126 infants and young children received in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into breastfeeding group,mixed feeding group and artificial feeding group by random number table,42 cases in each group,and the intelligent development level,the incidence of anemia,and the level of immune function of each group were compared.Results The exclusive breastfeeding group has scores of intelligence development level(98.03±1.52)points,language(97.79±1.67)points,adaptability(98.41±1.06)points,and social(97.25±1.35)points,which were significantly better than artificial feeding group and mixed feeding group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of anemia in the exclusive breastfeeding group was 2.38%,which was significantly lower than the artificial feeding group 16.67%and the mixed feeding group 4.76%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.610,4.240,P<0.05);the IDA indexes of the exclusive breastfeeding group Hb was(120.63±8.54)g/L,MCHC was(346.14±17.85)g/L,MCV was(80.15±3.95)fl,which were significantly higher than those of artificial feeding group and mixed feeding group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of breastfeeding program has the effect of reducing the incidence of anemia in infants and young children,and the level of intellectual development and immune function has been significantly improved.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
