沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德在小儿肺炎中的疗效分析及安全性研究

Efficacy Analysis and Safety Study of Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide in Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德在小儿肺炎中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月医院收治的小儿肺炎患儿60例,随机数表分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用沙丁胺醇进行联合治疗,治疗后对患儿效果进行评估,比较两组患儿不良反应的发生情况以及治疗情况。结果治疗后,观察组胃肠系统反应、皮疹、局部疼痛、丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高以及恶心等不良反应发生的概率为16.67%均低于对照组46.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.423,P<0.05);观察组肺部啰音消失时间(5.47±0.25)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.58±0.12)d及住院时间(7.57±0.68)d低于对照组肺部啰音消失时间(9.52±3.77)d、咳嗽消失时间(8.69±1.28)d及住院时间(12.35±1.98)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.025、7.126、5.259,P<0.05)。结论使用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,安全高效,同时可以减少不良反应的出现概率,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of salbutamol combined with budesonide in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 pediatric pneumonia sick children admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly numbered into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with salbutamol on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the effect was evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions and the treatment of the two groups of sick children were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal system reaction,rash,local pain,elevated alanine aminotransferase and nausea in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than that of the control group 46.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.423,P<0.05);the disappearance time of lung rales(5.47±0.25)d,the disappearance time of cough(5.58±0.12)d,and the hospital stay(7.57±0.68)d in the observation group were lower than the disappearance time of lung rales in the control group(9.52±3.77)d,cough disappearance time(8.69±1.28)d in the observation group and hospitalization time(12.35±1.98)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.025,7.126,5.259,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of sick children,safe and efficient,and can reduce the probability of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization.
