MIPO内固定术应用于胫骨平台骨折效果及对膝关节功能的影响分析

The effect of MIPO internal fixation on tibial plateau fractures and its effect on knee function

目的:分析胫骨平台骨折患者应用微创接骨板内固定术(MIPO)治疗后效果。方法:将我院93例胫骨平台骨折患者采用随机数字表法分组,对照组46例给予切开复位接骨板内固定术治疗,观察组47例给予MIPO内固定术治疗,对比两组患者手术效果、膝关节功能、临床疗效及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组骨痂出现时间、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率低于对照组,优良率及术后1、3个月HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MIPO内固定手术用时及出血量少,有效缩短胫骨平台骨折患者骨痂出现时间,促进骨折愈合及膝关节功能改善,术后并发症低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive bone plate fixation(MIPO)on patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods:A total of 93 patients with tibial plateau fractures in our hospital were grouped by random number table.The control group was treated with open reduction and bone plate internal fixation.The observation group was treated with MIPO internal fixation.The surgical effects,knee function,clinical efficacy,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence time of epiphysis,operation time,fracture healing time,intraoperative bleeding volume and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the excellent rate and HSS scores in the first and third months after operation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPO internal fixation has less operation time and less bleeding,which can effectively reduce the time of epiphysis of patients with tibial plateau fractures,promote fracture healing and improve knee function,and have low postoperative complications.
