摘要
沟通无障碍是衡量城市文明程度的重要标尺,也是语言政策研究的重要议题。以苏格兰的法律文本为依据,分析了该地区沟通障碍人群语言服务政策的六大核心特征,同时聚焦赫瑞瓦特大学,对其语言服务政策的实践过程进行了微观剖析,进而从政策制定和实施领域两个层面为我国沟通障碍人群语言服务政策的完善提供了参考性建议。
Communication barrier-free is an important yardstick to measure the degree of urban civilization,and it is also an important topic of language policy research.Based on Scottish legal texts,this paper analyzes the six core characteristics of language service policy for people with communication disabilities in this region,and focuses on Heriot Watt University,and makes a micro-analysis of the practice process of its language service policy,thus providing reference suggestions for the improvement of language service policy for people with communication disabilities in China from two aspects of policy formulation and implementation.
