摘要
针对20 kW潮流能水平轴水轮机,设定7种铺层方案。利用ANSYS软件对叶片进行建模,考察其刚度、模态和强度。基于Tsai-Wu强度理论,层间变形一致假设、直法线假设和平面应力假设,利用有限元法计算叶片刚度,通过模态分析得到叶片固有振型和固有频率随铺层角度的变化趋势;根据实际工况施加载荷,得到不同铺层方案下叶片的最大变形量、最大等效弹性应变、最大等效应力和最大Tsai-Wu强度指标值。最后综合考虑叶片刚度、模态和强度3个方面,依据得到的叶片层合板刚度随铺层角度的变化趋势和叶片固有频率、固有振型与铺层角度的关系,以及铺层角度对叶片不同区域强度的影响规律,给出20 kW潮流能水平轴水轮机叶片的参考铺层方案。
In this paper,models of blades of a 20 kW horizontal axis tidal turbine made by fiber reinforced composite material with 7 laminating pattern schemes were built in ANASYS to analysis the blades’stiffness,modality and strength properties under each ply schemes.Based on Tsai-Wu strength theory and assumption of uniform laminar deformation,straight normal line and plane stress,the stiffness were got by using finite element method as well as the way how the blade’s natural mode of vibration and natural frequency varies with the fiber angles.Then the maximum deformation,maximum equivalent elastic strain,maximum equivalent stress and maximum Tsai-Wu strength indicator of the blades were calculated under the load of actual working condition of the turbine.Finally,considering blade stiffness,modal and according to the rules the stiffness varies with the fiber angles,the relationship between the natural mode of vibration,natural frequency with fiber angles and the regulation the strength of different zone of the blade affected by fiber angle,a solution of laminating pattern was put forward for the,20 kW horizontal axis tidal turbine.
