流化床热解反应器布风系统的优化研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT OF AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN A FLUIDIZED BED PYROLYSIS REACTOR

摘要 为消除气流偏斜,改善流场均匀性,通过数值模拟对反应器布风系统进行优化设计,并进行实验验证。采用较大内径的进风管道,并在进风管道竖直部分设置两段小内径的整流管,模拟和实测结果表明:经两段整流后的气流不再贴壁,且整流管内径越小,气流偏斜程度越小;布风板具有匀风稳压的作用,可显著降低射流的中心气速,提高流场均匀性。 Numerical simulation and experimental tests on airflow characteristics in a fluidized bed pyrolysis reactor was conducted,aimed at investigating the influence of air distribution system configuration to flow field uniformity. The inner diameter of air supply pipe was increased appropriately and two rectifying pipes with small inner diameter were added to the vertical pipe. The results shows that the airflow diffusion goes faster,and the airflow adherence and deflection get greatly alleviated. When the inner diameter of the rectifying pipe was 30 or 35 mm,the airflow deflection is almost eliminated. The air distribution plate,able to stabilize gas pressure and homogenize gas currents,can obviously reduce central gas velocity and improve flow field uniformity.
