颞上方角膜缘干细胞移植术联合改良翼状胬肉切除术的疗效及对患者泪膜稳定性、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Superior Temporal Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation Combined with Modified Pterygium Excision on Tear Film Stability and Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探究颞上方角膜缘干细胞移植术联合改良翼状胬肉切除术的疗效及对泪膜稳定性、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年10月广东省第二中医院眼科收治的翼状胬肉患者76例作为研究对象,据手术方式不同划为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组以改良翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组则基于对照组联合颞上方角膜缘干细胞移植。分析2组疗效、患者泪膜稳定性及睡眠质量的差异。结果:术后观察组治疗有效率、泪膜稳定性指标泪膜破裂时间(Break Up Time,BUT)均高于对照组,而匹兹堡睡眠指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉采用颞上方角膜缘干细胞移植术联合改良翼状胬肉切除术治疗的疗效显著,且能提升泪膜稳定性,缓解睡眠障碍。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy,tear film stability and sleep quality of superior temporal limbal stem cell transplantation combined with improved pterygium excision.Methods:A total of 76 cases of pterygium patients admitted to the ophthalmology department of The Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into observation group and control group according to different operation methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with improved pterygium excision,while the observation group was treated with improved pterygium excision combined with superior temporal limbal stem cell transplantation.The therapeutic effect,tear film stability and sleep quality between the two groups were analyzed.Results:Postoperative effective rate and tear film break up time(BUT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pterygium with superior temporal limbal stem cell transplantation combined with improved pterygium excision has significant curative effect,and can improve the stability of tear film and relieve sleep disorders.
