PKERP治疗良性前列腺增生的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of PKERP in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Its Effect on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:研究经尿道前列腺等离子双极剜除术(PKERP)治疗良性前列腺增生患者的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年2月兴宁市人民医院泌尿外科收治的良性前列腺增生患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组行PKERP治疗,对照组行经尿道等离子前列腺切除术(PKRP)治疗,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后前列腺症状评分及睡眠质量。结果:观察组比对照组治疗总有效率更高,治疗后观察组国际前列腺症状量表(International Prostate Symptoms Scale,IPSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良性前列腺增生患者开展PKERP治疗疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状和睡眠质量,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the efficacy of transurethral plasma bipolar enucleation of prostate(PKERP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the department of urology,Xingning People′s Hospital from September 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with PKERP,and the control group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate(PKRP).The treatment effect,prostate symptom score and sleep quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the IPSS score and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKERP is effective in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and can effectively improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
