肝阳上亢型高血压伴睡眠障碍实施中医护理的价值评析

Evaluation on the Value of TCM Nursing for Hypertension with Hyperactivity of Liver Yang with Sleep Disorders

目的:评价肝阳上亢型高血压伴睡眠障碍实施中医护理的价值。方法:选取2018年1—12月广东省梅州市五华县中医医院收治的肝阳上亢型高血压伴睡眠障碍患者90例作为研究对象,按照研究需求,采用差异化分组法,将患者分为中医组和对照组,每组45例。给予患者不同护理指导,比较患者最终护理效果,观察护理前后血压水平、睡眠状况自评量表(Self-Rating Scale of Sleep,SRSS)及匹兹堡睡眠指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分。结果:患者血压水平、SRSS及PSQI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肝阳上亢型高血压伴睡眠障碍患者护理指导中,给予患者中医护理可满足患者护理需求,提升了患者护理水平,改善了患者临床症状,所以可在患者护理中推广。

Objective:To evaluate the value of TCM nursing for hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 90 cases of hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver yang with sleep disorders were selected as the research objects.According to the research needs,the patients were divided into TCM group and control group with 45 cases in each group.Patients were given different nursing guidance.The final nursing effect was compared.The blood pressure level before and after nursing and the scores of Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were observed.Results:There were differences in blood pressure level,SRSS and PSQI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing guidance of patients with hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang and sleep disorders,the nursing value of traditional Chinese medicine for patients is significant,which can meet the nursing needs of patients,improve the nursing level of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so it can be promoted in patient care.
