不同护理方式对老年睡眠障碍患者睡眠的影响观察

Influence of Different Nursing Methods on Sleep of Elderly Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的:探究不同护理方式在老年睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院收治的老年睡眠障碍患者62例作为研究对象,按照住院号尾数单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受优质护理干预,比较2组的护理效果、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、入睡及睡眠时长。结果:护理后观察组的护理总有效率显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,入睡时长显著短于对照组,睡眠时长显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可显著改善老年睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of different nursing methods on elderly patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with sleep disorders admitted to the Hospital of Ningde City Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of last admission numbers,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received high-quality nursing care.The nursing effects on sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],sleep latency and sleep duration of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,PSQI score was lower than that of the control group,sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,and sleeping duration was longer than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with sleep disorders,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
