米氮平治疗对改善产后抑郁产妇睡眠质量的作用

Effect of Mirtazapine on Sleep Quality of Puerpera with Postpartum Depression

目的:探讨米氮平治疗对改善产后抑郁产妇睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月陵城区人民医院产二科收治的产后抑郁产妇60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组接受帕罗西汀治疗,观察组加用米氮平治疗,比较2组产后抑郁评分及睡眠质量。结果:1)治疗后,观察组入睡时间(0.6±0.1)分、睡眠时间(0.6±0.2)分、睡眠效率(0.8±0.1)分、日间功能(0.4±0.1)分,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)治疗后,观察组汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)(30.1±2.2)分,对照组HAMD(38.7±4.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)2组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应,主诉无明显不适。结论:米氮平治疗对改善产后抑郁产妇睡眠质量的作用显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of mirtazapine on improving sleep quality of postpartum depression.Methods:Sixty cases of postpartum depression in the Second Department of Obstetrics of Lingcheng District People′s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine and paroxetine.The postpartum depression score and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:1)After treatment,the sleep time(0.6±0.1),sleep duration(0.6±0.2),sleep efficiency(0.8±0.1)and daytime function(0.4±0.1)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);2)After treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score was(30.1±2.2)in the observation group,and the HAMD score was(38.7±4.0)in the control group(P<0.05);3)There were no serious adverse reactions and no obvious discomfort in the two groups.Conclusion:Mirtazapine can improve the sleep quality of puerpera with postpartum depression,which is worthy of promotion.
