合理情绪疗法对改善维持性血液透析患者心理状态与睡眠质量的作用

Effect of Rational Emotional Therapy on Improving Mental State and Sleep Quality of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:研究应用合理情绪疗法对改善维持性血液透析患者心理状态与睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年7月谷城县人民医院收治的维持性血液透析患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上加用合理情绪疗法(Rational-Emotive Therapy,RET),统计并比较2组患者的抑郁评分(SDS)、焦虑评分(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及社会支持(SSRS)。结果:观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及睡眠指数均明显少于对照组,且该组患者的社会支持评分更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对维持性血液透析患者的常规护理中应用合理情绪疗法,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量,稳定其心理情绪。

Objective:To study the effect of rational emotional therapy on improving mental state and sleep quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 48 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Gucheng People′s Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rational emotive therapy(RET)on the basis of routine nursing.The depression score(SDS),anxiety score(SAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and social support(SSRs)of the two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety score,depression score and sleep index of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the social support score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rational emotional therapy in routine nursing care of maintenance hemodialysis patients can significantly improve their sleep quality and stabilize their psychological mood.
