全面护理模式对急性上尿路梗阻并重症感染患者术后并发症及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Mode on Postoperative Complications and Sleep Quality in Patients with Acute Upper Urinary Tract Obstruction and Severe Infection

目的:分析全面护理模式在急性上尿路梗阻并重症感染患者手术治疗后的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年1月河源市中医院收治的急性上尿路梗阻患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。所有患者均采用微创手术引流治疗,对照组术后采用常规护理干预,观察组采用全面护理模式。比较2组患者术后并发症风险、睡眠质量的差异。结果:观察组术后并发症风险明显低于对照组,睡眠质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理模式在急性上尿路梗阻并重症感染患者手术治疗后的应用价值显著,对提高其睡眠质量,降低并发症风险有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with acute upper urinary tract obstruction and severe infection after surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 74 patients with acute upper urinary tract obstruction admitted to Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.All patients were treated with minimally invasive surgical drainage,the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention after surgery,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode.The risk of postoperative complications and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The risk of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the sleep quality was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing mode has significant application value in patients with acute upper urinary tract obstruction and severe infection after surgical treatment,which is of great significance to improve their sleep quality and reduce the risk of complications.
