系统健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Systematic Health Education on Antiviral Treatment Compliance and Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:探究系统健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的主要影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月广东省韶关市粤北人民医院消化内科收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。其中针对对照组患者采取常规护理干预措施,而针对观察组患者采取系统性健康教育管理措施。结果:观察组患者所呈现出的抗病毒治疗依从性以及遵医程度都要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性乙型肝炎患者来说,采取常规护理干预基础上的系统健康教育护理干预措施,能够使患者抗病毒治疗的依从性得到充分的提升,改善其遵医程度。

Objective:To explore the main influence of systematic health education on antiviral treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 110 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Yuebei people′s Hospital of Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given systematic health education and management measures.Results:The antiviral treatment compliance and the degree of compliance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic hepatitis B,systematic health education and nursing intervention measures based on routine nursing intervention can make patients′compliance with antiviral treatment fully enhanced and improve their compliance degree.
