睡眠障碍病案管理存在的问题以及质量改进方案

Problems in the Management of Sleep Disorder Medical Records and Quality Improvement Programs

目的:探究睡眠障碍病案管理存在的问题以及质量改进方案。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年10月惠州市中心人民医院收治的睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对病案管理存在的问题进行分析,对照组病案进行基础管理,观察组病案进行精细化管理,分析不同管理方案的成效。结果:观察组的病案管理质量分级、管理后5个工作日病案回归率全部优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠障碍病案管理存在的问题较多,开展精细化管理有助于提升病案管理工作水平。

Objective:To explore the problems existing in the management of sleep disorder medical records and the quality improvement plan.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sleep disorders who were admitted to the Huizhou Central People′s Hospital from April 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control and observation groups with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The problems with the management of medical records were analyzed,the control group medical records were basic management,the observation group medical records were finely managed,and the results of different management options were analyzed.Results:The quality grading of medical record management and the return rate of medical record five working days after management in the obseravtion group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many problems in the management of sleep disorder medical records,and fine management is helpful to improve the level of medical records management.
