摘要
以某市乡镇污水处理厂自动化升级改造为基础,分别介绍了污水处理系统的总体设计、硬件设计和软件流程设计,使用西门子1500PLC作为主控制器,采用WinCC开发人机界面,实现了对乡镇污水处理厂各分散设备的集中控制。实际使用表明:该系统适用于乡镇小型污水处理厂的集中自动控制,具有很好地通用性,可以提高小型污水处理厂自动化程度,有效降低厂区运行成本。
This paper elaborates on the automation upgrading and transformation of a township sewage treatment plant in a city,introduces its overall design,hardware design and software process design of the system.Siemens 1500PLC is used as the main controller,and WinCC is used to develop the man-machine interface.The system realized centralized control of the decentralized equipment in the township sewage treatment plant.The practical application shows that the system is suitable for centralized automatic control of small sewage treatment plants in towns.It can improve automation of small sewage treatment plants and effectively reduce the operation cost of the plant.
