中国电子商务产业效率评价

Evaluation of Efficiency of E-commerce Industry in China

利用我国31个省份2015-2019年的电子商务产业数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)和曼奎斯特(Malmquist)指数对我国电子商务产业效率进行评价。研究发现:(1)我国电子商务产业的综合效率整体上处于上升趋势,呈现出东部>中部>西部的空间格局。(2)东部和中部电子商务产业综合效率主要是受纯技术效率影响,而西部则主要是受规模效率的影响。(3)技术效率变化是提升电子商务产业全要素生产率的主要驱动因素。本研究对于提高我国电子商务产业效率,优化电子商务产业资源配置,促进电子商务产业高质量发展具有重要意义。

This paper uses the e-commerce industry data of 31 provinces China from 2015 to 2019,and evaluates the efficiency of China’s e-commerce industry using the DEA and Malmquist Index.The results show that the overall efficiency of Chin’s e-commerce industry is on the rise,showing a spatial pattern of Eastern>Central>Western.Additionally,the overall efficiency of e-commerce industry in the east and central regions is mainly affected by pure technical efficiency,while in the west it is mainly influenced by scale efficiency.Furthermore,technical efficiency is the main driving factor to enhance the total factor productivity of e-commerce industry.This study is of great significance to improve the efficiency of e-commerce industry in China,optimize the allocation of e-commerce industry resources and promote the high-quality development of e-commerce industry.
