层次分析法和模糊数学模型在汤旺河健康评价中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 本文选取汤旺河汤原段为研究区域,以《水利部河长办关于印发〈河湖健康评价指南(试行)〉的通知》推荐的指标为基础,建立涵盖盆、水、社会服务功能3大准则层,总计12项指标层的汤旺河评价体系,利用Matlab软件计算各影响因素的权重、进行模糊综合评价,基于AHP-模糊综合法对河流健康进行了评价。评估结果显示汤旺河汤原段非常健康。 River and lake health assessment is an important part of river and lake management.In this paper,the original section of Tangwang River was selected as the study area,and based on the indicators recommended by the Notice of the River Chief Office of the Ministry of Water Resources on the issuance of the Guidelines for the Evaluation of River and Lake Health(Trial)>,an evaluation system of Tangwang River covering three criteria layers,namely“basin”,“water”and social service function,with a total of 12 indicator layers was established.The weight of each influencing factor was calculated by Matlab software,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The river health was evaluated based on AHP-fuzzy synthesis method.
