论运用社会工作方法全面提升工会心理健康服务能力和水平

Improve Trade Union's Mental Health Service by Using Social Work Methods

通过问卷调查与访谈,发现目前我国不少职工群众存在心理健康问题,主要包括焦虑抑郁、怨恨沮丧、自卑无助、懈怠懒散等表现形式。社会工作与提升工会心理健康服务能力和水平有很大的契合性,主要因为二者在服务目标、服务对象、服务理念和服务方式上具有相似性。工会工作者可以使用社会工作的服务方法,主要包括个案工作法、小组工作法、社区工作法开展服务,从而提高职工群众的心理健康水平。

Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is found that many employees in China currently have mental health problems,mainly including anxiety and depression,resentment and depression,inferiority and helplessness,laziness and other manifestations.There is a great fi t between social work and the improvement of trade union mental health service capabilities and levels,mainly because the two have similarities in service goals,targets,concepts,and methods.Trade union workers can use the service methods of social work,mainly including case work method,group work method,and community work method to carry out services,thereby improving the mental health of the employees.
