在新时代,作为工会组织重要组成部分的行政事业单位工会面临着新情况和新问题,工会工作不明显、作用不突出、职工权益维护不全面等。面对这些挑战,行政事业单位工会需要不断加强自身组织建设,发挥工会的职能作用,继续打造工会工作品牌,借助“党建带工建”的契机打开新时代工会工作的新局面。

In the new era,as an important part of the trade union organization,trade unions'administrative institutions are facing new situations and new problems.The work of trade unions is not obvious,the role is not prominent,and the protection of employees'rights and interests is not comprehensive.In the face of these challenges,the administrative and public trade unions need to continuously strengthen their own organizational construction,give full play to the functional role of the trade union,continue to build a work brand,and use the opportunity of"party building leads industrial construction"to open up a new situation for trade union work in the new era.
