摘要
在新时代,一个企业能否取得长远发展,最终将取决于是否有一支能打敢拼的高素质职工队伍,开展劳动技能竞赛是引导职工不断提高技术水平的一种有效途径。通过有针对性地分析总结企业开展劳动技能竞赛的特点和成效,发现其存在的问题和不足,从而深入探讨创新企业技能型人才培养的长效机制,希望能为进一步增强劳动技能竞赛开展的效果和企业高素质职工队伍建设提供一定的理论支持。
In the new era,whether an enterprise can achieve long-term development will ultimately depend on whether there is a team of high-quality employees who can dare to fi ght.The development of labor skill competition is an effective way to guide employees to continuously improve their technical level.We hope to provide certain theoretical support to further enhance the effectiveness of labor skills competition and the construction of high-quality employees of the company.Through targeted analysis and summary of the characteristics and effectiveness of labor skills competition in enterprises,we fi nd out its problems and shortcomings.So as to in-depth discussion of the long-term mechanism for the training of skilled talents in innovative enterprises.
