摘要
随着我国高等教育的不断发展,民办高等教育已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分。教师是民办高校教学质量的重要保障,是科学研究的主要力量,是提升高等教育质量的核心要素。目前民办高校对教师职业需求关注不高、保障不足,成为影响民办教育高质量发展的隐形“绊脚石”。文中以民办高校西安翻译学院为案例,对该校专职教师展开问卷调查,从教师专业发展需求与职业保障需求两个维度解析,提出提升民办高校举办者对教师价值的认识,加大教师对工资待遇提高需求的关注与解决之策,提升大学文化建设,加强教师对学校的认同和归属感,完善良好的保障体系,构建民办高校教师专业发展和职业保障的思路。
Non-govermmental higher education has become an important part of higher education.As the main force of scientific research,and the core element of improving the quality of higher education,college teachers guarantee the teaching quality in non-governmental institutions.The current problems in college teachers are that lttle attention is paid to their professional needs.Taking Xi'an Fanyi University for instance,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the full-time teachers in this university,and analyzes their needs for professional development and occupational security,and puts forward the measures to construct the intermal management system and the supportive policies.
