不同慢羽型鸡翼生长规律和体重发育规律的研究 被引量:1

Study on the growth and body weight development of chicken wings of different slow feather types

摘要 为研究慢羽性状在不同鸡品种间是否有差异,选择出壳雏鸡200只,采用羽速鉴定的方法将其分为快羽型组、等长型慢羽组、倒长型慢羽组和微长型慢羽组4个组,每周测量主翼羽、覆主翼羽、尾羽、体重并进行统计分析。结果显示:21~28日龄,等长型慢羽鸡的主翼羽长度显著长于微长型(P<0.05);14日龄等长型慢羽鸡在覆主翼羽长度上显著长于快羽型、倒长型、微长型(P<0.05),49日龄微长型慢羽鸡覆主翼羽长度显著长于倒长型(P<0.05);28~42日龄,快羽型、倒长型慢羽鸡的尾羽长度显著长于微长型(P<0.05)。结果表明:贵州黄鸡不同慢羽型的主翼羽生长速度比覆主翼羽和尾羽快,鸡翼和体重在开始生长发育后都呈直线增长趋势。 In this experiment,200 hatched chicks were selected and divided into four groups:the fast feathering group,the iso-long slow feathering group,the inverted long slow feathering group and the micro-long slow feathering group,based on the identification of the feather growth speed of the birds.The development of the main wing feathers,overcoat main wing feathers,tail feathers and body weight were measured weekly,and the significance of difference was analyzed by SPSS 19.0.The results showed that at 21-28 days of age,the length of the main wing feathers of the iso-long slow-feather chickens was significantly longer than that of the micro-long slow feathering chicks(P<0.05);the main overlying wing feathers of the 14-day-old iso-long slow feathering chickens were significantly longer than those of the fast-feathering,inverted,and micro-feather chicks.The main wing feathers of the 49-day-old micro-long feathering chicks were significantly longer than those of the inverted long feathering chicks(P<0.05).At 28-42 days of age,the tail feathers of the fast-feathering and inverted-long slow-feathering chickens were significantly longer than those of the micro long feathering chicks(P<0.05).The present study showed that for Guizhou Yellow chickens aged 0-49 days,the growth of their main wing feathers of different slow feather types was faster than that of their overcoat main wing feathers and tail feathers.After the chicken wings and body weight began to grow and develop,they both increased in a straight-line manner.
