G1与G95代次鸡滑液囊支原体的差异蛋白质组学分析 被引量:3

摘要 选用非标记(label-free)定量蛋白质组学的方法对鸡滑液囊支原体(Mycoplasma synoviae)G1和G95代次样品进行差异蛋白鉴定。结果显示:2个代次鸡滑液囊支原体样本共检测出428个鸡滑液囊支原体可信蛋白,通过条件筛选2个代次支原体共有含ABC转运蛋白、胸苷激酶、组氨酸-tRNA连接酶、磷酸腺苷蛋白、血凝素、谷氨酸-tRNA连接酶等组成成分的69个差异蛋白,包括14个无特征蛋白质;G95代次相比于G1代次菌株有10个下调、59个上调差异蛋白;GO富集分析结果显示差异蛋白在细胞组成、分子的化学活性或结合活性以及执行某些特定功能的生物进程中都有参与。G95代次较G1代次菌株毒力弱化是否与差异蛋白有关值得进一步探讨。 The label-free quantitative proteomics method was used here for the identification of differential proteins in the samples of Mycoplasma synoviae strains of passage 1(G1) and 95(G95). The results showed that a total of 428 M.synoviae authentic proteins were detected in the two samples of M.synoviae, and conditional screening of the two strains of mycoplasma showed them to contain ABC transporters, thymidine kinase, histidine-tRNA ligase, adenosine phosphate proteins. 69 differential proteins, including 14 featureless proteins, were composed of hemagglutinin and glutamate-tRNA ligase. The G95 strain had 10 down-regulated and 59 up-regulated differential proteins, compared with the G1 strain. The results of GO enrichment analysis showed that the differential proteins were involved in cell composition, in the chemical or binding activity of molecules, and in the biological processes that performed certain functions. The specific relationship between the different proteins of the passage strains and virulence attenuation requires further exploration.
