摘要
基于PHM的工作原理和应用技术,分析铁路货车实施PHM系统智能在线监测与故障预警的必要性,阐述铁路货车智能在线监测与故障预警系统的基本设想、主要功能、总体架构以及系统的组成,分析系统发展和推广的关键技术和亟需解决的主要问题。
Based on the working principle and application technique of PHM,the necessity of implementing the on-line intelligent monitoring and fault early-warning of the PHM system for railway freight cars was analyzed.The basal imagine,primary functions,overall structure and system composition of the on-line intelligent monitoring and fault early-warning system for railway freight cars were expatiated.The key technologies for the further development and promotion of the system and the key problems to be solved were analyzed.
