摘要
运用超效率SBM模型,结合Malmquist指数,考虑一般固体废物产生量、工业废水化学需氧量及工业废气排放量等非期望产出指标,对安徽省2010—2017年各市的生态效率进行评价。结果表明:安徽省生态效率整体水平较高,但各年均值呈下降趋势,且城市间生态效率差异明显;全要素生产率指数变化主要依赖于技术进步,规模效率变化对生态效率提升起到了制约作用。
The super-efficiency SBM model,combined with Malmquist index,was used to evaluate the ecological efficiency of cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2017,taking into account the production of general solid waste,the chemical oxygen demand of industrial waste water and the emission of industrial waste gas.The results show that the overall level of ecological efficiency in Anhui Province is relatively high,but the annual average value shows a downward trend,and the ecological efficiency difference between cities is obvious;Changes in the total productivity index mainly depend on technological progress,and changes in scale efficiency have restricted the improvement of ecological efficiency.
