科技期刊编辑创新能力培养研究

Research on the cultivation of sci-tech periodical editors’innovation ability

论文是科研成果的载体,期刊是学术交流的平台;高水平的科技论文需要具有创新性,科技期刊的发展也注重创新性,而每个科技期刊编辑只有具备了较强的创新能力,才能够积极和有效地推动科技期刊的持续发展。文章针对科技期刊编辑队伍的现状及期刊发展中的主要问题进行了分析,从多方面探讨了如何培养和提高编辑的创新能力,提出了以“以人为本”理念解决办刊中遇到的编辑“创新能力”不足的问题,以期为科技期刊同行提供借鉴。

Papers are the carriers of scientific research achievements,periodicals are the platform for academic communication.High-level sci-tech papers need to be innovative,the development of sci-tech periodicals also pays attention to innovation.And each sci-tech periodical editor should have strong innovation ability to actively and effectively promote the sustainable development of sci-tech periodicals.This paper analyzes the present situation of the editors and the main problems in the development of the periodicals,discusses how to cultivate and improve the editors’innovation ability from many aspects,and puts forward the idea of“taking people as the foundation”to solve the problems of editors’insufficient“innovative ability”in the process of periodical operation so as to provide reference for people of the same trade.
