摘要
作为风力发电机组的重要部件,风力发电机机舱罩是风力发电机组的保护壳体,保护内部设备和人员不受风、雪、雨、盐雾、紫外线辐射等外部环境因素的侵害,其安装的可靠性很大程度上决定了风电机组的可靠性和使用寿命。随着世界范围内风能利用的迅猛发展,机舱罩的设计也将不可避免地向大型化、多样化方向发展。目前,国内外风力发电机机舱罩总成都要经过二次搬运、二次拆卸组装的过程,往往需要先把机舱罩存放在堆场中,待车间需要机舱罩组装时,首先需要用到行车将机舱罩吊起转运到轨道平板车或者专用的卡车上,继而经由轨道平板车或者专用卡车转运到车间内,最后才是由车间内行车将机舱罩转运至机舱罩组装工序处。这种机舱罩的搬运方式,劳动强度大而且效率低,安全风险较大。为了解决上述行业内机舱罩转运效率低下的问题,文章设计研发一款移动式风电机舱罩转运设备显得尤为必要。
As an important component of wind turbine generator,the cabin hood of wind turbine generator is the protective shell of wind turbine generator which protects the internal equipment and personnel from wind,snow,rain,salt spray,ultraviolet radiation and other external environmental factors.With the rapid development of wind energy utilization all over the world,the design of the cabin hood will inevitably develop towards a large size and diversified direction.At present,domestic and foreign cabin hood assembly of wind turbine generator must go through the process of secondary transportation,secondary disassembly and assembly.It is usually necessary to store the cabin hood in the storage yard first.When the workshop needs the cabin hood assembly,it is necessary to use the train to lift and transfer the cabin cover to the rail flat car or special truck,and then transfer the cabin hood to the workshop through the rail flat car or special truck.Finally,the train in the workshop transfers the cabin hood to the cabin hood assembly site.However,in this way,the labor intensity is high and the efficiency is low,and the safety risk is high.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of cabin hood transfer in the above industry,it is very necessary to design and develop a mobile equipment for the cabin hood transfer of wind turbine generator.
