某柴油机选择性催化还原系统匹配设计

摘要 利用GT-Power软件建立了选择性催化还原系统仿真模型,研究了载体规格对NOX转化效率和NH3泄漏的影响。结果表明,NOX转化效率随载体体积和目数的增加而增加,氨泄漏随载体体积和目数的增加而减少。选择规格为267mm×305mm×400目的SCR载体,优化喷射策略后,世界统一稳态循环下该机NOX比排放和NH3泄漏量分别为0.37g·(kW·h)^(-1)和9.2ppm,满足国六阶段排放标准。 A simulation model of selective catalytic reduction system was established using GT-Power software,and the influence of carrier specifications on NOX conversion efficiency and NH3 leakage was studied.The results show that the NOX conversion efficiency increases with the increase of the carrier volume and mesh number,and the ammonia leakage decreases with the increase of the carrier volume and mesh number.After selecting the SCR carrier with a size of 267mm×305mm×400Δmm mesh and optimizing the injection strategy,the NOX specific emission and NH3 leakage of the aircraft under the world harmonized steady state cycle were 0.37g·(kW·h)^(-1)and 9.2 ppm,respectively,which were lower the CHINA Ⅵ limits.
