搭载国产芯片的动力蓄电池阶段放电测试及分析

摘要 锂离子电池因其优异的充放电及循环性能使其在电动汽车行业得到了广泛应用。芯片对动力蓄电池系统的功能和性能有着举足轻重的作用,然而,动力蓄电池系统的芯片目前基本上都依赖于进口,使中国相关企业在该方面被外国严重制约。为了冲破国外的芯片束缚,现阶段我国电动汽车行业正在进行芯片国产化的攻关工作。在此背景下,本文将某款国产的芯片搭载在动力蓄电池系统上,并进行阶段放电测试及分析,以验证换芯后的动力蓄电池系统的电性能。实验证明该款国产芯片与进口芯片的性能相差无几,完全可以替代进口芯片,如果能够扩大产能,就可以大大缓解国内的电动车企业缺少芯片的现状。 Lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in the electric vehicle industry because of their excellent charge-discharge and cycle performance.The chip plays a decisive role in the function and performance of power battery system.However,the chip of power battery system is basically dependent on the import at present,which makes the relevant Chinese enterprises seriously restricted by foreign countries in this aspect.In order to break through the shackles of foreign chips,China's electric vehicle industry is now making breakthroughs in the localization of chips.In this context,a domestic chip is mounted on the power battery system in this paper,and the stage discharge test and analysis are carried out to verify the electrical performance of the power battery system after core replacement.The experiment proves that the performance of the domestic chip is almost the same as that of the imported chip,and it can completely replace the imported chip.If the production capacity can be expanded,the current situation of the lack of chips in domestic electric vehicle enterprises can be greatly alleviated.
