机械故障监测诊断的若干新方法及其应用研究

摘要 在社会诸多行业领域均广泛运用着机械装备,其能综合体现出国家创造水平与创新能力。现阶段,基于高速发展的科学技术与现代工业,机械装备朝着精密化、大型化、智能化等方向不断发展。通过及时的故障诊断与有效的状态监测一方面可以切实提升机械设备可靠性,另一方面还能提升设备与企业管理质量,为生产质量提供保障最大限度防止发生重大事故。对此,本文将简要分析监测与诊断机械故障的相关方法。 Mechanical equipment is widely used in many industries in society,which can comprehensively reflect the country's creativity and innovation capabilities.At this stage,based on the rapid development of science and technology and modern industry,machinery and equipment are constantly developing in the direction of precision,large-scale,and intelligent.Through timely fault diagnosis and effective condition monitoring,on the one hand,the reliability of machinery and equipment can be effectively improved,on the other hand,the quality of equipment and enterprise management can be improved,and production quality can be guaranteed to prevent major accidents to the maximum extent.In this regard,this article will briefly analyze the relevant methods of monitoring and diagnosing mechanical failures.
